It is evident that this is the Adversary they are looking for. Very close to Dhama stands a small man observing the trio that calls himself ' Malaise'. He asked me to help him find and confront his old enemy. These malign beings were defeated in a psychic war by Dhama and his friends, but he believes that a single Adversary survived. Dhama of the Bloom called this entity an Adversary, a mind-eater. A potentially dangerous entity may be lurking in the Fifth Eye tavern. In order to see it, the Last Castoff must drink the 'black ichor', one of Feriok's chancy drinks at the bar, which alters their perception just enough to catch a glimpse of the creature. Eyes of the Adversary is a side quest in Torment: Tides of Numenera. ![]() The Adversary is hiding in plain sight, though it is none of the people that can be seen in the bar with the naked eye. These Adversaries are mind-eaters, and Dhama believes there is one in the bar, though the fivesome haven't been able to locate it. Torment: Tides of Numenera Eye of the Adversary is a side quest in Torment: Tides of Numenera involving helping psychics find and defeat an Adversary, a mind-eater.ĭhama and his friends in the Fifth Eye have been fighting an unseen enemy preying on the minds of the innocent in Sagus Cliffs.
